The Day After - 31 January

It’s a good thing Saturday was a relaxed day of sightseeing and shopping. It seems like we barely took a nap before we were up and about. We visited the Gangaramaya Buddhist Temple with Buddhima, Parvartra and Waruma. The temple was quite large and housed two museums of antique art, furniture, and statues including the world's smallest statue of Buddha that you have to view through a magnifying glass.
